✨ Welcome to East Coast Cozy by Wastis! ✨ This suite is just 25 minutes away from Downtown, and 20 minutes to the Halifax Stanfield International Airport. The room has a private entry through side yard, newly added queen bed with attached bathroom and all the essential amenities. Full privacy from the house. Whether for adventure or relaxation, you’ll feel right at home here. This room is ideal for two or max 3 adults. Floor mattress is available on request. The space This is a room in my above the ground basement floor with complete privacy. Please note that we are living upstairs. We do our best to keep the noise to minimum level, but you may hear some occasional noise from upstairs. The suite has Queen size traditional bed with 10 inch comfortable mattress. Floor mattress is available on request for 3rd guest. This room has full bathroom attached with all the basic necessities. Iron stand is available for guests in the room as well. Laundry and dryer is additional $20 per load, however any guest booking for 3 days or more can use one load free of charge. Please be mindful about this information in case you are planning to use the laundry room. Guest access Guest can have dedicated entrance from walkout door through side yard beside flower bed with keyless entry touchpad lock. Check in instructions with directions and pictures will be shared 24 to 48 hours prior to the arrival. The only shared space for the guests is driveway and the side yard. Guests can also use the street parking on both sides of the house. During your stay Guests can text me anytime for any questions or concerns.
