Guest access The accommodation is located on the first floor, accessible by a private staircase. Guest access This apartment is part of a family home that has been passed down for nearly 60 years. Recently, we completely renovated it and transformed it into two independent, modern and comfortable apartments. Each accommodation has its own access, guaranteeing total autonomy and perfect privacy. It is also possible to rent the entire house, i.e. both apartments, to accommodate up to 12 people (6 per accommodation). An ideal solution for holidays with friends and family, enjoying shared moments while maintaining everyone's privacy. Other things to note Check-in is done independently with a key box and electronic lock system, giving you great flexibility, including for last-minute check-ins. I remain available and responsive to answer any questions you may have, either via Airbnb messaging or by phone. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate. Guests are simply asked to leave the apartment in good condition: tidy up the place, empty the garbage and the dishwasher. Additional cleaning services may be offered upon request, optionally and at an additional cost. Bed linen and towels can be provided for an additional €20 per room, to be agreed upon after booking. It is possible to have access to bicycle fasteners on secure hooks in the closed adjoining garage. Please let us know before you arrive so we can provide you with the opening key. Finally, a crib and high chair are available free of charge upon request.
