My place is cozy and well ventilated. Located on the third avenue of Balneário Camboriú, 10 minutes from the beach. It has a kitchen, bathroom and a living room with a balcony and a beautiful view of Cristo Luz. It has rotating parking. The space What I like most about my place is its location. In less than 10 minutes I'm by the sea. On the third avenue there is everything I need, without having to use the car. I love my little corner. Guest access Access is via Rua 600. It has a doorman and a rotating garage. Other things to note From 2024, pets are not allowed.
