The space *** IMPORTANT DISCLOSURES! *** This cabin is in the Solitude Cabins community of 45 rental cabins, set back 100 feet from a 2 lane road. Review the map and photos to ensure this is a good fit. If you seek a secluded cabin in the woods, you'll need to search 25+ minutes from Estes. A hot tub is located at the Solitude Lodge, a short walk away, and is shared by all guests. It is open daily 11am–9pm, strictly enforced. Check in is 4pm or later; check out is 10am or earlier. Early check-in may be available for a small fee, but only within 24h of arrival if the cleaning schedule allows. Like nearly all homes in Estes, this cabin has no air conditioning. Portable fans are provided, and mountain breezes cool the home each evening. This is now a strict no-smoking property. No smoking inside, outside, and no outdoor fire pits (now illegal in Estes Park's vacation homes). Charcoal BBQs are banned. Gas is OK. ROAD CONDITIONS Estes has a great plow team and our parking area will also be plowed during storms, but if there's a huge blizzard, they may not be plowed exactly when you need them to be. We cannot assist if you get stuck and we always recommend that people rent AWD or 4WD when visiting us from October to May. We are at 8,000 feet and this can be a snowy area! GUEST COUNT 6 people max. BEARS Do NOT leave food in your car! Bears frequent this area often and can break in! AC Like most homes in Estes, there is no AC.
