Parking along the street in allowed as well. Please DO NOT park in front of the other tenants garage at unit 419. This unit is occupied at all times. Please be respectful of your noise since tenants live next door. In the Winter: There is a shovel and some salt near the front patio behind the bush if you need to use them for snow removal. Please Remove shoes once inside if its snowy or wet outside. Thank you In the Summer: Central AC Unit WILL NOT go below 70 degrees so it doesn’t freeze the unit. The entry closet has a vacuum, iron w/board and broom. Kitchen - There is Folgers coffee in the holder on the counter & filters in the cabinet. Trash can is to the left of the dishwasher. Please look through all the cabinets to find everything you might need. Please help yourself if you would like to use our spices to the left of the microwave. There is dishwasher soap & a couple extra bags for the trash can under the sink. There is a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink. Living Room – It has a smart TV above the fireplace. The fireplace gas has to be turned on inside the unit and then lite with an electric match. The electric match is on the mantle. TV remote is under the TV on the mantle. The deck is off the main level by the kitchen. It has chairs to sit on. There is a gas grill. Turn propane off after each use. Primary Bedroom – King bed. The TV remote is on the nightstand. Extra Blankets and fan are inside the closet. Main Bathroom: Bathroom has a tub/shower with a sink & blow dryer. To turn the jetted tub on please fill half way with water and turn the timer knob on which is on the wall. The towels are across in hall linen closet. There is a fire extinguisher under the bathroom sink. 2nd Bedroom - Queen bed: Extra Blankets and fan inside the closet. The basement has a sectional with ottoman. There are extra sheets/pillow and blankets in the ottoman in case you wanted to have anyone sleep on the couch. There are games in the dresser next to the sofa. Smart TV. The laundry area is on the lower level in the half bath. Laundry soap & bounce provided. There is a fire extinguisher above the washer and dryer. Trash cans are in the alley next to the fence. The trash service comes early on Tuesday mornings around 6:45am. Please pick up pet poop daily. Check-out instructions: 1. Please let us know if you noticed any damages 2. Please gather up and throw away all of your trash in the trash bin in the alley. 3. Please empty the refrigerator & remove all food items. 4. Please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher & start the dishwasher. 5. Leave all dirty towels in the bathroom tub/shower. 6. Please leave all beds unmade. 7. Return all household items back where you found them. 8. Scan the entire home for your personal belongings -glasses, books, clothing, phone or camera chargers -- to avoid leaving items behind. (We charge shipping costs plus a nominal $35 service fee to return any items that were left.) 9. Lock the doors and windows. 10. Please clean up after your pet.
