Airy and cozy apartment in Neo Residence in Jardins, an upscale neighborhood. Excellent location, Shopping Jardins is just across the street, with easy access to the city's points of interest. The 2/4 bedrooms are air-conditioned. It features 2 large swimming pools, one of which is indoor and heated, with a 25-meter lane. Covered indoor garage and visitor parking spaces. 5 miles from Atalaia beach and 500m from Sementeira Park. We have another apartment bedroom and living room in the same condominium and also equipped. The space The accommodation is equipped with two smart TVs, kettle, coffee maker, washer and dryer, dishwasher, cooktop, oven, air fryer, blender, sandwich maker, microwave, iron, hair dryer and vacuum cleaner, providing a comfortable and practical stay, whether short or long term. The suite has a spacious closet, which helps a lot in organizing for longer stays. The apartment is located in a residential condominium meets all the needs that guests may have. If you are looking for leisure, you can enjoy two large swimming pools, one of which is covered and heated, with a 25m lane. The use of the latter is exclusive and individualized, upon reservation. It also has a barbecue grill, sports court, gym, Kids Space and a youth and adult game room. If the guest comes for work, they can use the Workspace/Study (co-working), as well as a meeting room, the latter with use upon reservation (free use). There is also Espaço Mulher and Espaço Cine. The fifth guest will be accommodated in an extra single mattress. 24/7 in-person gatehouse. We do not rent on a monthly basis in the traditional rental format. Guest access Guests have free access to all franchised areas to the other condominiums, such as patio, swimming pools, gym, sports court, Co-Working Space, Espaco Kids, games room and Espaço Mulher, being paid only the use of barbecues and the Espaço Cine, by reservation. The indoor and heated pool is used individually and exclusively by guest/ condominium upon reservation. It is not allowed access to the pools on Mondays, when cleaning and maintenance takes place. The condominium has an independent minimarket (24-hour convenience store). Other things to note We do not charge a cleaning fee or electricity. Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. All spaces in the common and outdoor areas of the condominium are monitored by security cameras. The apartment has safety nets. After the reservation is made and before check-in, all guests must send, in the platform's chat, the identity documents with photo to release access to the condominium. No bookings made on behalf of a third party are allowed. In other words, the person responsible for the reservation must be one of the guests. Exceptions to this rule must be discussed with the host before the reservation is formalized. Visitors not pre-approved by the host are not allowed. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a charge of R$200.00 per visitor. Guests must follow the rules of the Bylaws and the Bylaws of the condominium, under penalty of having to pay fines that fall under the property. To do so, the host is available to provide a copy of these, as well as to clarify any questions. Parties and social gatherings are prohibited. It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment. The failure to comply with each of these rules implies the payment of a fine of R$250.00.
