The kitchen has a Samsung refrigerator, a two-element infrared cooktop, a large countertop air fryer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and cooking equipment. An under-sink Culligan water filter is also installed. The bathroom has a corner shower, storage and a toilet with an integrated bidet. A hair dryer and iron are provided. There is a custom storage cabinet with shelves and hanging space, plus an entrance bench and storage. The outdoor area has a wooden table and chairs. Air conditioning and an in-unit washing machine add practical comfort. Additional cleaning can be arranged at extra cost.
