Step outside to the outdoor kitchen and bar area with a wine chiller — ideal for entertaining. For fun and relaxation, the entertainment area includes a bar, billiard table. Multiple balconies with comfortable outdoor furniture offer serene views, while the backyard overlooks the beautiful Pine Tree Hills. Unwind in the spacious living room with panoramic views or take a refreshing dip in the L-shaped swimming pool, measuring 5 by 3 meters and 4 feet deep. Important Notes: ✅The posted rate applies to up to 15 guests only. Additional guests are charged ₱1,000 per person per night. Maximum capacity is strictly limited to 20 guests. ✅Wedding Preps have a package rate of 70,000 pesos for 20 guests for 2 nights. suppliers / photographers/ HMUA are free of charge as long as they will only stay during the wedding prep. ✅Undisclosed Wedding Preps and other events will be charge a corkage fee of 30,000 ✅Only registered guests will be allowed inside the village Guest access PARKING: 1. Vehicles that have extremely loud mufflers or engines are prohibited. 2. Pinegrove Chalet only have 2 parking slots 3. Street Parking is allowed (Max of 3 cars only) 4. Parking in front of, besides, or blocking other houses is prohibited. 5. Vehicles must be registered with the guard/security upon entry & one (1) valid ID must be submitted. Other things to note To maintain a peaceful environment within Crosswinds, all outdoor music, loud conversations, and parties must strictly end by 10:00 PM. After 10:00 PM, all activities must be kept quiet and indoors. This is a village-wide rule enforced by the homeowners’ association. Any violation will result in a ₱5,000 penalty, which will be charged to the guest.
