The space 🌿 The Property • 25 Acres of Meadows & Trees – Perfect for exploring, picnics, photo shoots, or simply soaking in the fresh air. • Enormous Pond – Beautiful to walk around, fish (catch & release), or just sit beside and enjoy the scenery. Please note: swimming is not allowed as the pond is very deep. • Deck & Screened Porch – The massive deck stretches the length of the home, while the screened porch offers serene views no matter the weather. • Hot Tub & Outdoor Sitting Area – Covered beneath the deck so you can relax rain or shine. ⸻ 🏠 The Home – Main Level Our home is a ranch-style design (with just one step down into a dining area) plus a full finished basement, doubling the living space. King Room #3 – Almost like a second master, featuring a king bed, walk-in closet, large TV, and private balcony with spiral staircase leading down to the meadows Bathroom #2 (Main Level) • Dual-space design: vanity area + private room with toilet and shower Laundry Room (Main Level) • Washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board for your convenience * Extra Linens and pillows can be found in Master Bedroom Walk-In Closet. * Extra blankets can be found in every closet of every room, as well as on the couches. * 3 air mattresses, Pack and Play and warm blankets can be found in Downstairs Basement, common area closet. * Ironing board and Iron can be found in the laundry room closet. * Hair Dryers Can be found in both upstairs bathrooms. ⸻ 🎮 The Basement Retreat The lower level doubles the home’s square footage and is packed with fun! • Game & Entertainment Area: • Full bar with glassware for entertaining • Oversized pool table • 75” TV with cozy lounge seating (perfect for movie nights) • Play Area – Kids’ games and toys • Office Nook – A quiet, closed-off workspace • Extra Sleeping Quarters: • Two queen beds • Plenty of space for air mattresses if needed *Note- Fireplaces are only for decorative purpose, not functional! Access to all of backyard except barn yard. Fireplaces are only for decorative purpose, at this time not allowed to use. Other things to note Reservation & Cancellation Policy We strictly follow all Airbnb cancellation policies. Guests are always welcome to extend their stay when availability allows, but reservations cannot be shortened once confirmed. For short-term stays, reservations cannot be shortened within 5 days of check-in. For stays of 30 days or longer, reservations cannot be shortened within 30 days of check-in. These policies ensure fairness and consistency for all of our guests.
