Guest access The villa, pool, terrace, outdoor lounge areas and studio casita are entirely yours. Nothing is shared with other guests. Enjoy the hammock, sun loungers and full kitchen at your leisure. Self check-in with a lockbox, and free parking on site. The host lives in a separate private home on the same property, so help is close by if you ever need anything, but you'll have complete privacy throughout your stay. Other things to note • A car is recommended. The villa sits on a peaceful hillside, about 10–15 minutes from beaches, restaurants and groceries. • Maximum 6 guests. No visitors, parties or events. • Bedroom 2 includes an air mattress for the 6th guest. • The studio casita has a single twin bed for one person. • Children must be supervised at the pool at all times. No glass in the pool area. • Pets welcome with a $50 fee. Please let us know before arrival. • Quiet hours are 10 PM – 7 AM. • This is a tropical, natural setting, so you may see lizards, frogs and insects. Please keep food sealed and doors closed. A quick note on our power: Lady Aura Casitas runs on a solar energy system with a backup generator, part of what makes this a peaceful, eco-friendly retreat in the hills.
