Occupying the entire first floor with its own private entrance, the villa is exclusively yours throughout your stay, allowing you to enjoy complete privacy while our dedicated team discreetly takes care of every detail behind the scenes. The Bedrooms The villa features four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed with calming interiors, comfortable king-size beds, premium linens, elegant furnishings, and generous natural light. One of the bedrooms also features a private balcony with seating, offering a peaceful corner to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind as the evening sets in. Every bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, a Smart TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, and an attached private bathroom, creating a restful sanctuary after a day spent exploring Udaipur. Guest access Guests will have access to all four private bedrooms, the spacious living lounge, dining area, and the rooftop seating and dining area. The rooftop is a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee, relax in the evening, or gather with family and friends. During the winter season, guests can also enjoy a bonfire and barbecue experience (available on request at an additional charge). Freshly prepared home-style meals can be ordered from our live kitchen, which is exclusively operated by our in-house chef and staff. Complimentary on-site parking is available, and our dedicated team is always happy to assist with luggage, meal service, and anything you may need to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Other things to note To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests, we kindly request you to follow the house rules below: • Solasta Boutique Stay & Villa is located on the first floor and has a separate private entrance. Our staff will be happy to assist you with your luggage during check-in. • A refundable security deposit of ₹2,500 will be collected at the time of check-in and will be returned during check-out after the property has been inspected. • Government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in. • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the bedrooms and all indoor common areas. If smoking is found inside the property, a cleaning charge of ₹700 will be applicable. Smoking is permitted only on the rooftop and outside the premises. • Non-vegetarian food is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the property. If non-vegetarian food is brought into or consumed within the property, a cleaning charge of ₹700 will be applicable. • The kitchen is exclusively operated by our staff and is not accessible to guests. Our staff stays in the kitchen 24×7 to prepare meals and assist guests whenever required. • Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks can be ordered from our menu and are chargeable. Food orders are subject to availability. The kitchen operates until 10:00 PM, and the last order must be placed before 10:00 PM. • The rooftop seating and dining area is available for guests; however, access may be temporarily restricted during the monsoon season or adverse weather conditions for safety reasons. • Bonfire and barbecue experiences are available on request during the winter season and are chargeable. • If meals are unavailable at the property or outside kitchen operating hours, guests are welcome to order food from Swiggy, Zomato, or any other food delivery service. • Guests are requested to maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Please avoid loud music, parties, or any activity that may disturb other guests or the neighbourhood. • Guests will be responsible for any damage caused to the property, furniture, furnishings, fixtures, or amenities during their stay.
