Rose Tree Barn, Lichfield

Beautifully presented two bedroom barn close to the Cathedral City of Lichfield. The space Very lovingly restored barn in the old side of the village of Fradley. The main sitting/dining/kitchen area is a fabulous space with two large comfortable sofas, a wood burner and a dining table with four chairs. The modern kitchen has many appliances including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and air fryer. The first bedroom has a King Size bed, built in wardrobe and en suite shower room with large walk in shower. The second bedroom has a King Size bed, dressing table and doors out into the outdoor courtyard space. Please note there are no storage drawers or wardrobe in this room, but there is a wardrobe and shelving space in the bathroom next door. In this bathroom there is also a washer/dryer. We only use the very best Egyptian cotton sheets and good quality mattress and pillows. Cotton towels are also provided. The bathroom has a lovely big bath. The outside space is gravelled and is completely enclosed for your dog(s). There is an outdoor table and chairs. Guest access Please note, you might notice from the outside photographs of the property, that there are two doors to Rose Tree Barn. The first is accessed via the main gates of The Old Hall and there is parking for one vehicle directly outside this entrance. Any further vehicles should access the property via a separate entrance (with the same postcode) where there is a "agricultural undercover parking barn". There are two further allocated spaces within this barn marked "Number 4". Both doors have a lock box with a set of keys to both doors in each. Guests are more than welcome to unload any luggage and belongings in the courtyard, but are politely requested to move their vehicle to the parking barn as soon as possible. Other things to note We respectfully request our guests to clear up after their dogs.
