"Small and fine" – our apartment on the Argenring Ideally suited and designed for 2 people, but it offers space for another 1-2 sleeping places on almost 50 m². The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in the 2 corners of Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg. The space We can accommodate 2 to max. 4 people. The kitchenette offers everything you need, has a spacious refrigerator, a mobile oven, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. However, rinsing is manual work with us. The dining area, which comfortably accommodates 4 people, the double bed (160 x 200) and an extendable sofa bed (150 x 196) complete the living/sleeping area. The separate bathroom is spacious and has a sink, toilet and walk-in shower. From the living/sleeping area you can reach a sheltered, covered terrace with a view and access to the garden, which also invites you to linger with a cozy blanket in colder months. A barbecue and campfire can be used on request. Parking is available directly on the property in front of the house and the entrance area is easily accessible at ground level. The landlords live next door. In the village of Kleinweilerhofen you can reach a small EDEKA shop 150 m away, in Weitnau and Isny 7 km away there are many shops, pharmacies, doctors and restaurants. The nearest major city of Kempten is about 25 km away. For hiking and cycling fans, it is an ideal starting point for many beautiful excursions in the Allgäu, Tannheimer Tal, Kleinwalsertal, Bregenzerwald. The Alpsee near Immenstadt is 25 minutes away, Lake Constance about 45 to 60 minutes by car. Directly from the apartment you can relax on a small evening walk along the Lower Argen. Guest access We live right next door and will hand over the key personally. Other things to note You will receive the AllgäuWalser Pass (online or paper form) and thus have free travel by bus & train in the defined area of validity and many discounts on entrance fees, e.g. swimming pool, cable cars and much more. Towels and bed linen are provided, a crib can be provided on request. Important note for "tall guys": room height is a cozy 2.15 m. A GUEST WLAN and TV are available as well as storage facilities for bicycles/skis. Our garden will grow a bit more, as we only finished renovating our house and redesigning the garden in 2024.
