Efficiency apartment located one block from Historic Pendleton Village Green. Walk to dining, shopping & Historic Sites. Three miles to Clemson University & T. Ed Garrison Arena . Renovated space with King Size Bed, kitchenette, bath, & living area with Dish TV and 5G internet. Apartment is behind historic home where owners reside. Parking is available. NO SMOKING/Vaping or Pets except for documented Certified Service Animal. 2 adult guest maximum, one must be over 21, children welcome. The space The apartment is very nice, it was just completed so the fixtures are all new. The bath has a tiled shower with glass doors. The kitchenette has a coffee maker, small refrigerator, microwave, dishes, flatware and glassware, there is no stove. Coffee & tea are available as well as 1/2 & 1/2, sweetener, sugar, 2 bottled waters and a Pur pitcher for filtered water. Guest access The apartment is in the same building as the garage which faces N. Broad St. Parking for apartment is just off the driveway, on the left, in front of the garage. Walkway to apartment is located to the left of the garage, there is ample lighting at night. The building that the apartment and garage are in, is behind our home which faces E. Queen St. There are no steps to the apartment and it is on one level. Outside of the apartment, there is small outdoor cafe table and chairs as well as a glider for your enjoyment in good weather. Other things to note If you want to eat dinner in Pendleton, you can easily walk to 5 restaurants on the Village Green. On busy weekends, you will want to make reservations. 1826 Bistro is a lovely, small restaurant in the Historic Farmer's Hall. Blue Heron is more lively with a hopping bar and very good food. Vaqueros Mexican, Brooklyn Pizza, and Raines round out the great dining options. There is a coffee shop/brew pub, Brews, 1/2 block up E. Queen St. from the apartment and Pendleton Brewing Company and their Biergarten is 1 block away on Main St. Also close are Free Hand Coffee Shop, The Wine Bar and Swamp Fox Rum Distillery. For a delicious breakfast/ lunch or Sunday brunch, try The Village Bakery and Cafe. Don't forget to stop by Mama Rae's Ice Cream shop and Pendleton Candy Co. after your meal! In addition to dining, there are several gift shops, antique shops, book store and an art gallery to explore, all within easy walking distance from the apartment.
