All around are the mountains: hiking, trails, parachute jumping, climbing... Located between Lake Annecy and Lake Bourget, an open-air recreation, wakesurfing, waterskiing, swimming, lazing... Athletic or not, you'll have something to do. The space The house is very bright and pleasant. Many large windows allow an almost 360° view to enjoy a living painting from the house. It consists of a large living room, with an open kitchen to the living room. While cooking, you can enjoy the view. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, gas cooktop, refrigerator, coffee machine (Senseo and ground coffee machine)... The living room has a large modular sofa with TV, pellet stove for evenings by the fire and access to the large terrace. A large bedroom with a double bed (you will have room to add a small bed if necessary) dresser and wardrobe. Sheets are provided A shower room with double vanity unit and a separate washing machine and toilet. Bath towels are provided. A beautiful terrace with magnificent views of nature, on which you have a table, chairs, deckchairs, small garden furniture and plancha. Perfect for an aperitif 😉 and a small plot. Ample parking is available. We are nearby if needed, but everyone has privacy! Whether you want to be quiet, or come see us to chat, anything is possible!
