The space Our Cozy Farmhouse Studio is a peaceful first-floor studio located within our home, with its own private entrance for easy and comfortable access. The space is warm, simple, and inviting, with a queen bed, full-size pullout couch, kitchenette, private bathroom with shower, WiFi, and a cozy living area. Guests can also enjoy access to the shared backyard, offering a calm outdoor space to relax. Located near Bethpage State Park, golf courses, shops, restaurants, and the LIRR, it is a convenient Long Island stay for travelers, couples, and professionals. Guest access 🌳 Backyard Access Guests may enjoy the backyard when the host does not have a private event scheduled. Please note that the backyard is shared and is not fully fenced in. You are welcome to use the available backyard furniture and fire pit area. If you are interested in using the fire pit, please contact the host first for safety instructions and approval. Our guest suite is located on the first floor of our home with its own private entrance. Please be advised that it is connected to our home, so some normal day-to-day household sounds may occasionally be heard. Once we have guests, it is our priority to make your stay as comfortable, peaceful, and relaxing as possible, including being mindful of noise on our end. The upstairs deck and the area underneath the deck are off limits. The driveway storage unit is off limits and is for host use only. Other things to note Pets are welcome with an additional pet fee. 🐕 An additional cleaning fee may apply if any animal leaves behind excessive fur, stains, odors, or messes. 🧹💲 Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets or service animals, including scratches or damage to furniture, flooring, doors, or other property. ❌💲 Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside, outside, or near the property.🚭 For the safety of our family-based community, all adult guests are required to provide a government-issued photo ID on the same day the reservation is booked. 🪪
