The property will be fully available to the guest of the current reservation. Access to the building is through mandatory prior registration at the condominium entrance. Other things to note Important information about access to the condominium: To ensure a smooth entry into the building, the condominium requires advance registration of all guests who will be in the reservation. Therefore, I need to receive a legible photo of an official photo document (RG, CNH or passport) of each person who will be staying, via Airbnb chat, before arrival, in order to authorize them with the front desk. The documents are used exclusively for this access registration and are not stored by us. 📌 Access to the condominium is only allowed after the official check-in time. 📌 The condominium does not allow luggage storage in the lobby or common areas. 📌 For everyone's safety, only previously registered people will be able to access the building.
