Bright studio just steps from the World’s Most Famous Beach in a well-maintained, resort-style building. Inside you’ll find a queen-size bed, a couch that converts into a second bed, a private bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Flat-screen TV with cable and free Wi-Fi. The building features a heated pool, hot tub, small gym, game room, ice machine, vending machines, and coin-operated laundry. Walkable to shops and restaurants. No ocean view or balcony, but just steps from the sand. The space Pool is Open! You are steps away from the ocean, you can watch the waves while in the heated pool and spa. The location is close to restaurants, shops and many attractions! Guest access You get the whole unit to yourself, that includes the sleeping area, kitchen, and bathroom. You also can use the game room, gym, pool and spa. Other things to note If your guests are choosing between a damage waivers and a hold, use this text: ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $39 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
