The Cottage.

The cottage is located 1 mile from the market town Machynlleth (the ancient capitol of Wales) set within 3 acres of land that also contains the main house where the owner lives. The cottage is 1.5 miles from the south of Snowdonia National Park and 10 miles from the coast. A great location for walks, bike parks, beaches and mountains with the added benefit of the shops, bars and restaurants in the town. The Mach Loop is very close and planes can often be seen flying directly above.
