Further along the hallway is the second bedroom with a queen bed, followed by a modern bathroom with a shower. At the rear of the home, the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area creates a welcoming space to relax after a day exploring the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and everything needed for longer stays, while the living area opens onto a private outdoor courtyard with seating—perfect for your morning coffee or an evening drink. Guest access You have the place to yourself. Other things to note *Parking: There's paid street parking out the front of the property and around the corner from 8 am-10 pm. It ranges from $12-16 dollars depending on the time of day you are parking. This parking is free overnight from 10 pm-8 am. You can also get cheaper parking if you book ahead at the Wilson parking station at Barangaroo. **2 guests sleep on the sofa bed (155 x 220 cm) in the living room. *Note: the sofa bed is not made upon arrival.

Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly not permitted. • Self check-in: You'll receive all relevant information 2 days before your stay. You’ll receive a check-in form to confirm your arrival and departure times - this helps us prepare everything for your visit. • Luggage storage: We’re not able to store luggage in the apartment - we recommend using Luggage Hero or Stasher. • Lost items: We are not responsible for personal items left behind in the apartment. • Noise / Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbours and observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
