Kitchen: pots, pans, spices, utensils, baking pans, cooking supplies (check before shopping), dinnerware, serving bowls, glassware, silverware, & linens. OUTSIDE: Front Porch w rocker & 2 chairs. Back Deck and Yard: Table, 4 chairs, 2 beach recliners. The space Large couch and bathroom with shower on 1st floor - perfect for those who can't do stairs. Second floor has a claw foot tub in addition to the shower. Fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, gas stove, china, glassware, dinnerware, silverware and basic utensils. I’m Wireless internet access included. Living room and guest bedroom have TVs. NEIGHBORHOOD: Your home is in the Park View neighborhood, the first established residential "suburb" of the City of Portsmouth, annexed into Portsmouth in 1894. Your home sits on Owens Creek, directly across from Owens Park. WHAT'S UNIQUE: Since the home is secluded waterfront you will most likely see many Canada geese, egret, crane, an occasional eagle, and fish jumping water. Guest access GUEST ACCESS: Access the home via the keyless lock system on the front door. I will give you the combination within a few days of your arrival. You have access to the entire home except spaces marked "Private," (one closet, one dresser, the basement, attic, and supply room). KEY: I will phone you with access information within a few days of your arrival. PARKING and LAWN MAINTENANCE: Please do NOT park on the west side of the home (to the LEFT as you look at the front door) as I’m trying to grow grass on that side. Instead, park on the east side of the home (to the right as you are looking at the front door). Other things to note THERE IS A YARD! Bring your fishing pole, and yard games,.The yards include lots of room, two lounge chairs, six regular chairs, a garden bench, furniture cushions, and a patio table.
