This private three-apartment house stands among the mountains of the Calpe Maryvilla district – a great place to relax from the routine. The 11-acre enclosed area is full of tranquility, and the views of the city, the sea and Mount Ifach are simply breathtaking. Each of the three apartments has 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, plus a kitchenette, toilet and shower. Outside there are three terraces, where the sea looks just a few steps away, sun loungers, a large swimming pool and patio furniture. The space IMPORTANT: One apartment is owned by the hosts, so they are often here. If they're not there, you'll get a reliable neighbor's number – he's nearby. The pool, jacuzzi, and all common areas are only available to guests who have booked. No birthday parties, festive parties or other fiestas are allowed. If non-guests try to enter the area, they will be asked to leave.
