Located on the ground floor of our lovely Marseille house, our apartment with a private garden has been designed as a small, warm, comfortable and welcoming haven, ideal for sharing beautiful moments with family or friends. The space 🏡 Your little Marseille cocoon The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 5 adults and 1 child under 3 years old. There are various areas to fully enjoy your stay: • 🛏️ A sleeping area with a cozy bedroom and its small reading nook, perfect for taking a break with a good book. • 🛋️ A pleasant living room, with lounge and dining area, to relax in after a day of exploring. • 🍳 A fully equipped kitchen, for preparing a leisurely breakfast or sharing a great meal. • ☕ A loggia with a laundry area and breakfast nook, perfect for starting the day gently. • 🌿 A small private garden, a true little haven of peace where you can relax, read, have an aperitif, or enjoy a barbecue on beautiful Marseille evenings. Here, there's no need to rush: put down your suitcases, take a breath... and enjoy. 🚇 Marseille within easy reach The house enjoys a convenient location for exploring Marseille and its surroundings. The Malpassé metro station is just 150 meters away, making it easy to get to the city's various neighborhoods. Highway access is also about 5 minutes away, making it ideal for exploring the region's treasures. And for those coming by car, two free public parking lots are available nearby: one about 150 meters away at the metro station and the other 100 meters away, near the cultural center. 🌊 From the hills to the Calanques, it's just a stone's throw away... Whether you prefer hiking, shopping, gastronomy or relaxing, Marseille and its region have something to satisfy all tastes. 🥾 Lovers of nature and the great outdoors can explore the hills of Marseille, the trails and the magnificent Calanques. 🛍️ Shopping and fashion enthusiasts can enjoy the city's many shops and shopping centers. 🍴 Food lovers, meanwhile, can stroll around the Old Port, sit down at a terrace and savor this generous Mediterranean cuisine full of flavor. Welcome home. 🌿☀️🌊 Guest access 🗝️ For check-in, the keys will be handed over in person between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. It is possible to arrange check-in outside of these hours, but this must be confirmed with the host and will incur an additional fee. 🕰️ Check-out at 10 a.m. Other things to note 🚗 For those arriving by car, guests can park in front of the house in the drop-off zone to unload their luggage, and then park in the free metro parking lot 150 m away or in the cultural center parking lot 100 m away.
