Other things to note Pool Heat: • The pool can be heated for an extra fee of $50/night. • We recommend heating the pool October-May. The rest of the year is plenty warm for swimming. • We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. • Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. • We heat the pool to 85 degrees if paying for pool heat Pet policy: Dogs (sorry no cats due to allergies) must be approved prior to booking and a $50 per dog per stay non-refundable fee will apply. It is very important pets are kept off furniture in order to avoid an additional cleaning fee since removing dog fur greatly extends the cleaning time. Air conditioning: Our A/C units work hard in the Valley of the Sun! For that reason, the AC cannot be set below 70 degrees at any time because it runs the risk of icing over, seizing up, and shutting off entirely requiring an emergency maintenance call. Most HVAC companies in the area recommend a set temperature of anywhere from 72 to 78 degrees during the day in order to avoid these issues. - NOTE: There is not a hot tub. - NOTE: There will on occasion be a pool service professional that comes to the property in the very early morning to service the property. - NOTE: This property does not have any safety railings or grab rails. - NOTE: We provide a starter supply of amenities (laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body soap) for guests to enjoy during your stay. There might be instances where guests have to replenish these items for themselves if higher than average amount is used.
