In the heart of the mountain lies this private guest house with breathtaking views over the Vall d'Albaida and close to the Cim de Benicadell nature reserve The guest house (60 m2) has 2 spacious, cozy bedrooms, a relaxed living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The private terrace has a cozy outdoor table where you can enjoy a refreshing dip in your own small pool and, in the evening, the colorful sunset. The space The guesthouse is part of a larger house, but it is completely private, with its own terrace, swimming pool and entrance. On the premises, 3 dogs provide cuddles and safety. Other dogs are welcome after consultation. The cottage is completely independent and is supplied with electricity by solar panels, and the water supply comes from collected and filtered rainwater. No smoking is allowed in the cottage or on the outdoor property. The guesthouse is just over an hour's drive from Alicante and Valencia airports, in the middle of the breathtaking Cim de Benicadell nature reserve. Wake up to the beautiful sunrise, and in the evening the setting sun creates a special color palette over the valley. You have your own plunge pool where you can cool off in the summer. The casita is a nice starting point for various activities such as cycling, hiking (there are various hiking trails), motorcycling, and climbing. Cultural attractions such as Alcoy, the waterfalls of Anna, Boicarent and the white beaches of Gandia and Oliva are 35 minutes away. This area is home to the eagle, the eagle owl, the fox, the wild boar and the Spanish deer, among others. Furthermore, there are several smaller animals that must be taken into account. The village of Castelló de Rugat is 12 minutes away by car, with amenities such as restaurants, bars, a supermarket and a pharmacy. Guest access Guests can access the grounds and the guesthouse with its own patio and terrace and parking. Parking is free and in front of the door. Other things to note The house is off-grid and fully independent and is powered by solar panels, and when there is not enough sun, there is a generator that provides the power supply. The water supply comes from filtered rainwater We advise not drinking the water from the tap and not using it for cooking. There are 3 dogs on the property that ensure safety, and the property is monitored by an alarm system and cameras outside on the premises. We advise you not to go for a walk in the dark in the evening due to a group of wild boars that roam near the house. You can leave and arrive at the house by car. This is a nature area, so please treat the environment with care. The use of heavy electrical appliances, such as a hair dryer or a projector, is limited and in consultation. The cottage is located below the big house, but has its own entrance and enclosed patio with its own terrace and plunge pool. Smoking is not allowed indoors or outdoors. Open flames, candles and BBQs are not allowed outside on the terrace or on the grounds.
