Great place just north of the twin cities for a fraction of the cost - short drive to both St Paul and Minneapolis! Great places to eat, walking trails, grocery , parks, gyms, & attractions, near by that you could possibly need! You have access to our full basement. A bedroom, kitchenette, dresser, full bath with shower/tub, a comfy living room, TV and dvds, WiFi, darts or ping pong, and an elliptical. We are kid and pet friendly - have basically anything you could need upon request. Basement: bathroom, bedroom , living room, rec room, elliptical and access to Peloton workouts on the TV app for exercise, mini kitchenette space, closet, access to Netflix, HBO max, and prime video guest accounts. You may also enjoy our backyard if you have pets or kids to run around and play or want to build a fire in the fire pit. The basement itself is completely private but the backyard is shared. You also will have 1-2 parking spaces in our driveway reserved for you. -entrance through garage to then go downstairs - we have customized keyed codes for you to get in with smart locks -basement: private bedroom, living room, Rec room, and bathroom -backyard with playground and fire pit -rec room with ping pong and dart board and board games (upon request) -Fridge/freezer, additional Mini fridge, coffee pot, microwave, toaster oven, blender, slow cooker, and more! Mini kitchenette for your use with the basics (but no skillet or oven). Basically have any items you will need and can request to borrow from our main kitchen too (air fryer, pancake griddle, etc) -access to peloton workouts via our firestick Tv app + Elliptical for exercise - you can use our Netflix account, Prime Video, HBO max, and Blu-ray player with access to our dvds , can also request a regular TV antenna - pets are allowed with a $45 fee per pet per stay and must be taken with you if you leave the premises or kenneled -extra beds are available including a pack n play, 2 toddler/small child cots, a twin floor mattress and a queen air mattress. Cost of $20 per item per stay will be applied for extra cleaning and setting up arrangements -we have lots of kid stuff upon request- toys, high chair, swings, etc. as needed We love socializing with guests and answering any questions but also respect and totally will be mindful if you’d just simply like a private and quiet stay! Please be direct with your requests so we can accommodate as needed. we have two young kids and 2 cats and a dog who may like to greet you as well as you enter our home, so you must be comfortable and understanding that we have friendly animals and kids :) Walking paths , lakes, and parks near by- great for running, waking, hiking, etc. We have a quaint and quiet neighborhood! Grocery stores, malls, department stores, coffee shops, restaurants also super accessible and very close by. Ask for recs! St Paul and Minneapolis are both 15-20 minute drives away- really convenient location just north of the cities! Shoreview is a great and safe suburban area. We love exploring the cities and there is so much to do around here! Please ask for recommendations- We’d love to help you out. Please park behind single 3rd garage stall (we park our cars in the double garage)! Street parking is also ok during the day, but is on a little busier road. There are bus stops about an 8 min walk from our home.
