Great place just north of the twin cities for a fraction of the cost - short drive to both St Paul and Minneapolis! Great places to eat, walking trails, grocery , parks, gyms, & attractions, near by that you could possibly need! You have access to our full basement. A bedroom, kitchenette, dresser, full bath with shower/tub, a comfy living room, TV, WiFi, darts or ping pong, and access to workouts on TV. The space Basement: bathroom, bedroom , living room, rec room, access to Peloton workouts on the TV app for exercise, mini kitchenette space, closet, access to Netflix, HBO max, and prime video guest accounts or login to your own via Amazon firestick. The basement itself is completely private. You also will have 1-2 parking spaces in our driveway reserved for you. Guest access -entrance through garage to then go downstairs - we have customized keyed codes for you to get in with smart locks -basement: private bedroom, living room, Rec room, and bathroom -rec room with ping pong and dart board and board games (upon request) -Fridge/freezer, additional Mini fridge, coffee pot, microwave, toaster oven, blender, slow cooker, pressure cooker, air fryer, and more! Mini kitchenette for your use with the basics (but no skillet or oven). Basically have any items you will need and can request to borrow from our main kitchen too -access to peloton workouts via our firestick Tv app + Elliptical for exercise - you can use our Netflix account, Prime Video, HBO max, and Blu-ray player with access to our dvds , can also request a regular TV antenna -extra beds are available including a pack n play, 2 toddler/small child cots, a twin floor mattress and a queen air mattress. Cost of $20 per item per stay will be applied for extra cleaning and setting up arrangements -we have lots of kid stuff upon request- toys, high chair, swings, etc. as needed During your stay We love socializing with guests and answering any questions but also respect and totally will be mindful if you’d just simply like a private and quiet stay! Please do not hesitate to reach out, ask for recommendations, or how we can help your stay be more comfortable. Please be direct with your requests so we can accommodate as needed. we have three young kids and 2 cats and a dog who may like to greet you as well as you enter our home, so you must be comfortable and understanding that we have friendly animals and kids :) Other things to note Please know you will hear the chaos of our kiddos during the day - between 7am-8pm! This space works best if you don’t mind some noise above you and are not planning on wanting complete quiet to sleep during the day. It is most suited to those gone during the day. You will need to ok with our very friendly dog greeting you because he won’t be kenneled during the day. We always want to be transparent to make sure it is a good fit, this is our home you are invited in to. It is quiet between 8pm and 7am. My husband works from home and there generally someone around most of the time. We have 3 kids currently ages 5,3, and 1. There are security cameras monitoring the entrance that is shared to our home and to the airbnb but none downstairs. There is also an outdoor camera monitoring entrances.
