Four stacked bedrooms, a private hot tub, and enough space for eight people to properly switch off for a weekend. Pamella’s Place is built for group stays that feel more like a grown-up sleepover than a standard rental - vaulted ceilings, soft curtains instead of doors, and a table built for long dinners. The space Pamella’s Place is split across four bedrooms, each with a stacked double bed and soft, acoustic curtains rather than solid doors - it’s designed to feel like one big shared sleepover rather than four separate rooms. All four bedrooms share a single bathroom, so it suits groups happy to co-ordinate rather than eight people each wanting their own space. Downstairs, there’s a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table built for group meals, plus a private outdoor area with your own hot tub in its own outhouse, away from the main building. Vaulted ceilings and the quirky, split-level layout run through the whole place, so even the shared spaces feel distinctive. Guest access You’ll have exclusive use of Pamella’s Place, including your private hot tub and outdoor area. It’s one of four individually-let stays at Bonington Farm - Freya’s Farmhouse, the Grain Store and Molly’s Cabin sit nearby and can be booked alongside Pamella’s Place for groups of up to 20 across the whole farm. Other things to note Pamella's Place is located amongst 3 other properties. Freya's Farmhouse, The Grain Store & Molly's Cabin are all available to rent and combined with Pamella's Bonington Farm can sleep up to 20 people. The Main Barn at the rear of the farm is our family home, so you may see us arriving/leaving. We ask that you are respectful of our home and to keep the noise down after midnight. Please do not wander past the black fencing over to the barn. The Film House, a private cinema a short walk away, can be added to any stay for £25 per person for a 3-hour slot. Please also note - we are on the flight path to East Midlands airport and you may hear the aeroplanes overhead (although we are used to it and it does not bother us we provide earplugs for you should you want to use them) If you are looking to book our space for a photoshoot/videography, you must notify us prior to bookingas there is a fee. Failure to do so can result in us shutting down the booking. If you are looking to host an event or party please get in touch as we do charge a fee Please note that we do not allow additional visitors who aren’t included on the booking Please do not go ahead with a booking and then do any of the above, we have others in the building to think about and so we balance this out with them prior to accepting. Anyone found to be breaking our guidelines will have their booking cancelled.
