The space We are located on the Grand River which means water levels fluctuate - can be low during the summer and high during the winter. For this reason, our dock is seasonal and will be removed every November. Kayaks and life jackets are available. There may be the occasional wildlife animal that snoops through the backyard, please be mindful. We have neighbour's and this is not a home for parties and events but rather family, calm & connection! Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, property and hot tub is all year round.
