Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway on 32 acres on a mountain top in Milton WV. Enjoy the 85" tv with surround sound, or relax at 1 of 2 fire pits, in a hot tub with mountain views, enjoy a game room with pool table and an arcade, or relax on the 2nd story deck and take in the views! A quiet, peaceful getaway in the WV mountains. Availability is listed for only 90 days out. Please message us for stays or information outside that window. No parties or birthday parties allowed. The space Home is approximately 1500 square feet, finished in all wood on the interior with a master suite with queen bed, and attached 2nd story covered deck for relaxing beautiful mountain views and sunsets. There is also a master bath with a tile shower. The other two bedrooms feature full size beds with a top bunk twin bed. There is a full bedroom in the hall and 2nd story laundry available if needed, and also a vanity room upstairs. Downstairs is open floor plan with living room with large couch, an 85" TV with surround sound, and a rustic, fully equipped kitchen with granite tops and a half bath. There is a covered front porch and also a back deck off the kitchen with a propane grill and a hot tub that offers a beautiful setting to relax in the evening. The game room next door also has an arcade system with over 10,000 games, tv, and a pool table, with a half bath. Adult supervision only use for kids in the game room please, as the arcade is a $4000 machine. This property is a local wedding venue that my wife and I have built from scratch over the past several years. The property was just woods when we acquired it in 2020. We have chosen to share with others to fill short term vacancy that we may have each season. We currently do not charge cleaning fees to help keep pricing down as much as possible, so we ask that guests please clean up after themselves within reason, and please treat the home and property as you'd have others treat yours during your stay. Pets are not allowed. Maximum of 6 guests without prior approval. Violations of max guest amount will result in your stay being cancelled and rental amount forfeited. Wedding ceremonies and elopements are not allowed and not booked through airbnb. Guest access Guests may only use the house, game room, deck spaces and the either of the two fire pits. The barn is off limits during your stay, although you may use the deck overlook and take pictures etc anywhere. The property is gated with an automatic gate with code access. Do NOT push or pull gate, as it will damage the gate. Your unique code will be messaged to you prior to your stay. Other things to note This property is secluded, eco-friendly and operates on a private water system. We do ask that you conserve water where possible. While the water is tested regularly and yields results more pure than some bottled water, we do not recommend drinking the water. For your convenience, we do include a case of water in the fridge during your stay.
