Caton Manor Estate and Pool

This former community swim club was repurposed into a large home, Suitable for family reunions, weddings, company events and many other respectful gatherings. We hope to provide a comfortable and spacious home that allows families and friends to gather and come together. This 4300 sq ft home sleeps 22 guest comfortably, It includes a hot tub basket & volleyball court, Kids, play ground and most importantly indoor and outdoor space for the entire group to enjoy. The pool opens May 30th 2026 The space Main level / 1st floor fully equipped kitchen with open concept the displays the large dining room table and leads to the 1st floor Living room. Next to the Living room on the 1st floor is a 1/2 bathroom for guests to use in the common area. Also after passing through the 1st floor Living room there is a large Master bedroom with one king bed, a full bath that also has handicap accessible features. This room sleeps 2 once you reach the 2nd floor you will enter the second floor Living room. This area has two queen size sofa beds. Move the bed thats closer to the laundry back towards the laundry door 2 feet and both sofas open with plenty of room to access them. This area sleeps 4 The second bedroom has 1 queen bed and 1 Trundle bed. A Trundle bed is 2 twin beds. One stored underneath the other one. This room has full bathroom in the hall that is also used by bedroom 3. This room sleeps 4 Bed room 3 has 1 queen bed and shares the hallway bathroom with bedroom 2. This room sleeps 2 Bed room 4 has 1 queen bed and a full private bathroom. This room sleeps 2 Bedroom 5 has one queen bed , 1 Trundle bed and a full private bathroom. This room sleeps 4 Bedroom 6 has 2 king beds a full private bathroom, and direct access to the deck. This room sleeps 4 Connected to the large house, but only accessible from outside are two full bathrooms. That will be available to guests doing outdoor activities and using the pool once it's available. There is a large picnic area for outdoor events, a volleyball court, a basketball court, a pickle ball net, a fire pit, and a kids playground area. Coming soon between late 2025 and 2026 a new outdoor kitchen, A new indoor / outdoor pavillion, a wedding ceremony area for about 100 guests. A new 10 person hot tub and a fully restored Olympic size swimming pool. Guest access The entire property is available with exception of the electrical and utility area under the deck as well as any locked storage doors. Unless your booking agreement has been modified those areas discussed will be secured and not accessible, any locked areas that we secured should not be accessed. Other things to note The adult pool restorations are almost complete and the pool will be open and available for use by May 30th 2026. The Kiddy wading pool is complete and will re open and also be available for use by May 30th 2026. The new Hot tub has been installed and ready for use upon arrival Both the adult and kiddy wading pools are on the property but currently fenced and locked waiting for opening day May 30th 2026, Opening Soon
