Enjoy your vacation – in this spacious and family-friendly accommodation. Through many windows you can look out into the countryside. On two balconies you can sit outdoors from morning to evening. The proximity to Lake Constance guarantees great excursions. The nature reserve pond at the end of the village allows for atmospheric photos and interesting observations. Despite the rural location, there are good bus connections to Überlingen and the hinterland. Our cat Mimi is fond of children and welcomes new guests. The space All rooms are newly renovated and modernly furnished. The apartment is bright, cozy and in a quiet location. It has 2 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds, a large living area with a sofa bed, an open kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet. The apartment is located on the edge of a small village, in a quiet side street (30 km/h zone) with numerous hiking and excursion options. A cozy village inn and a village café are within walking distance - the bus stop with hourly connections to Lake Constance and the hinterland is 3 minutes from the house. Guest access The entire apartment on the top floor - with separate entrance - is available for guests. The apartment can be reached via two stairs with railings. There is a cozy seating area with barbecue facilities in the garden. Other things to note The apartment is not suitable for cat allergy sufferers, as our cat Mimi occasionally uses open doors and windows to pay a visit to the guests.
