Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, EXCLUDING the accessory dwelling unit during their stay. Pack 'n Play and games for kids available in the downstairs hall closet. Free use of 2 kayaks and 2 stand-up paddle boards. There is space for 4 cars in the driveway, and street parking is also available. The car garage will be closed and used for other purposes. (NOTE: The owner's truck may occasionally be parked on the property.) Supplies are available for guest use when stocked; otherwise, guests are responsible for providing their own. ➤ Fireplace is for decorative purposes only. ➤ Please turn outside lights off when you go to bed. Neighbors are trying to keep a “dark sky” feel around the area. ➤ You can usually find patio cushions outdoors, but during winter or rains, a number of the cushions will be inside the house. You may certainly use them but some will not be in storage bins when you arrive! ➤ Pets allowed with $75 fee per stay. Max 2 dogs under 50 lbs (pre-approval for larger). No cats or aggressive breeds. Keep pets off furniture, clean up after them, and crate if left alone. ➤ Exceeding maximum occupancy is not permitted. ➤ No third-party bookings (must book under your own account). ➤ No parties, events, smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or open flames (candles, incense, sage). ➤ Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm. Please keep noise to a minimum.
