The space Nestled in the peaceful village of Abercegir, right beside the historic Glyndŵr’s Way, with beautiful countryside and walks all around, the Annex offers you the beauty of the countryside while being just a short drive from Machynlleth’s shops, cafés, and local attractions. The space has been flipped to make the most of the large skies and views upstairs. The ground floor includes a hallway, bathroom and bedroom, with a double bed, wardrobe and other storage spaces. Upstairs, the open plan lounge / kitchen / diner has a large sofa, dining table & chairs and reading nook. The well equipped kitchen includes a gas hob, an electric oven, micro-wave cooker, kettle, fridge and toaster, All the rooms have modern electric heaters. Sleeps 2 in downstairs bedroom (bedding can be provided on request for an extra person to sleep on the sofa, with a small supplement for the extra person). We provide the following: pillowcases, sheets, duvet covers hand and shower towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash tea towels tea, coffee (instant and ground), sugar, salt and pepper, cooking oil. cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery, baking trays and pans Please note, there is WiFi but no TV or DVD player. Parking on the quiet lanes in front of and behind the house. A torch is useful as there is little street lighting Guest access Sorry there is no disabled access as there are steps outside to the property and inside to the living room / kitchen. Other things to note We may be able to be flexible about arrival and departure times, depending on other bookings. Normal times would be depart by 11am and arrive from 3 pm. If you need to leave your luggage either before check-in or after check-out we can normally accommodate this. The basic price is for 2 people in the double bed. If you want to use the sofa as a bed for an extra person there is a small charge, and extra bedding can be provided. The reputation of Wales as being rainy is often justified, so we do recommend bringing good waterproofs and suitable footwear. Dogs Well behaved dogs are welcome. Please bring an appropriate bed for your dog, and keep it off the sofa and bed. Dog towels provided on request. Please aware that there are lots of sheep in the area and keep dogs under control / on leads as appropriate.
