There are no lifts in the building. However, the stairs are ergonomically designed. 📣Our unit could accommodate an extra (1) adult for a price of P350 pesos per night. Extra bed and supplies are provided 📣 A Netflix and Disney+ account is already logged in and provided in the TV for your use. Please use the Airbnb Guest profile provided. 📣 Kitchenwares are provided for cooking. An induction stove is provided outside the unit and must be only used on the stainlees steel table provided. (see pics for reference 📣 Introductory Bottled Water are provided in the unit. 📣 Whenever possible, early check-ins have a rate of 50/hr relative to the prescribed Check In Time. Same rules apply for late checkouts. In an event where the guest/s fail to check-out on time and another guest is expected to arrive later on that day, other fees will be included. 📣 For guest/s staying for 4 days or more, kindly message us if you wish for us to provide you new bedsheets and bath towels. 📣 In the event of a power outage, please take note that the unit does not have a generator / back-up. 📣 If you wish to bring guests / friends in our airbnb, please inform us ahead for security reasons.
