Charming townhouse near the subway

Embrace simplicity in this quiet, well-located place 3 km from the Capão Redondo subway with all amenities within walking distance. - Easy access to public transportation. - Ideal for hosting 4 people, however the living room has 1 sofa bed, if you want to bring 1 more person, they will have to sleep on the sofa, which is very comfortable but not the same as sleeping in a bed. - 1 double suite with balcony - 1 suite with 2 single beds - 1 parking space Note: We have stairs in the residence. The space The house is a two-story house, we have a flight of stairs from the ground floor to the living room and another from the living room to the bedrooms, we have handrails on all stairs. The house comprises: 1 Full living room 1 full American-style kitchen 1 full double suite with balcony 1 single suite with 2 full beds 1 office room 1 garage that holds 1 car and has 1 half-bath 1 service/leisure area with hammocks, chairs, tables, barbecue grill, and a full laundry room. It also has some exercise equipment and 1 half-bath. The service/leisure area is the only shared area of the house because I live in house 2, which is on the same property as the property and I use the place whenever necessary. Note: the living room does not have a bathroom, the bathrooms are located inside the bedrooms. - The rooms do not have blackout curtains, the double suite has a wooden balcony door and the single one has an aluminum window, both of which inhibit brightness. Guest access There are 2 houses on the property, the guests stay in house 1 (front), I (Zilmar) and my husband (Vando) live in house 2 (back). Upstairs we have the service area and the gourmet space, all available to guests. We can share the service area if necessary, but without disturbing their privacy. Other things to note We provide bed linens and bath towels, cleaning and hygiene supplies.
