Located just 1 mile from waterfront dining and local restaurants, you'll be right in the heart of Daniel Island, including Credit One Stadium. Take a quiet walk through this serene neighborhood and feel like you're at your own private getaway. Whether you're heading to the airport, the beach, or downtown Charleston, you're only 15–20 minutes away. The apartment is truly an extension of our home and family, where we happily welcome guests to enjoy all that Charleston has to offer. The space As you arrive via the driveway, the main house (Southern Orange) will be on your right. Approximately 25 yards behind the main house is the detached orange garage, which features a rear door providing access to the apartment/loft space. Parking is on the street (ON THE LEFT SIDE) in front of the main house. There are plenty of spots available; feel free to park in our driveway to unload, if needed. We can and are happy to accommodate four guests. Please message us for more details. Guest access Access will be available through our detached garage entrance, located behind the main house, approximately 25 yards from the main house. The doors will be secured with a code to enter the garage and apartment.
