The fully equipped kitchen, fitted with premium appliances, allows for effortless self-catering, while the dining area sets the scene for memorable shared meals. – Bedrooms – Villa Terra offers four thoughtfully designed bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, high-quality mattresses, and direct access to terraces or outdoor spaces with stunning mountain views. – Master Bedroom – Features a Queen-size bed, wardrobe, 43” smart TV, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, and access to a balcony overlooking the White Mountains. – Bedroom 2 – Queen-size bed with direct pool access, 43” smart TV, and ensuite bathroom — ideal for families or couples with children. – Bedroom 3 – Queen-size bed with direct pool access, bright and serene atmosphere, 43” smart TV, and a private bathroom located just opposite the room. – Bedroom 4 – Queen-size bed, 43” smart TV, wardrobe, ensuite bathroom with shower, and balcony access with mountain view. Each bathroom includes elegant walk-in showers and luxury toiletries for your comfort. – Exterior – Set within a private 2,000 m² estate, Villa Terra features a total of 400 m² of space — including 180 m² of elegantly designed interiors and beautifully landscaped outdoor areas, inviting you to indulge in open-air luxury, complete privacy, and a breathtaking natural setting. – Pool – A 21-meter-long, 1.5-meter-deep heated private pool with step access invites you to unwind while enjoying panoramic views of the White Mountains and the surrounding landscape. Pool heating is available upon request at an additional daily charge (please note that at least one week’s notice is required, and heating applies for the entire stay). The pool area is fully equipped with sun loungers, side tables, a poolside shower, and umbrellas — ensuring pure relaxation under the Cretan sun. A shaded pergola area features an electric barbecue, perfect for preparing and enjoying delicious outdoor meals. An outdoor dining area comfortably seats up to eight guests, ideal for family or group gatherings. The fee for this property type is €15 per night from April to October and €4 per night from November to March, payable upon arrival. A welcome package with traditional Cretan specialties will immerse you in the island’s atmosphere. Housekeeping service every three days keeps your accommodation fresh and spotless. Bed linen, bath towels, and pool towels are provided for your comfort, with linen and towel changes every three days.
