Smoking Smoking is not permitted inside the studio. You may smoke on the balcony, provided the balcony door is kept closed. 2. Shoes & Rugs Please avoid wearing outdoor shoes on the rugs. House slippers are provided for your comfort and hygiene. 3. Food & Drinks Kindly avoid eating or drinking directly on the bed to prevent stains or damage to the linens. A bedspread is provided for your convenience. Any stains or damage to the bedding may be chargeable. 4. Electricity usage The studio has a power load of 3KV which runs AC and other appliances will work perfectly fine. Only Geyser and AC will not work together. • Building has a power backup which takes upto 5 mins to switch On, major appliances will not work on power backup. 4. Quiet Hours Please maintain quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM and be considerate of other residents. 5.
