Spacious & private bedrooms The main floor features a king bedroom with a generous closet and 55-inch Smart TV, and a full bathroom with a tub and shower. Upstairs, a gate opens to a large loft space, complete with two trundles and a rollaway bed on request. The loft offers a quiet workspace with a desk and chair. The upper floor also holds the master king bedroom, which boasts incredible views of the water. Enjoy a quiet moment in the sitting area, or watch your favorite show on the 55-inch Smart TV. A half-bath is conveniently located just off the master. Entertainment for all ages In the basement, a second 65-inch Smart TV awaits, alongside a full-size refrigerator, washer, and dryer. Family fun is guaranteed with ping pong, air hockey, and various games. French doors open to a converted two-car entertainment area, where two large awning windows can be opened for river views, even on a rainy day. Step out onto the patio to relax in the hot tub while watching the river. Outdoor living at its finest A spacious 12'x50' paver patio sits right at the seawall, offering the perfect spot for dining at the table and chairs, or gathering around the fire pit. For fishing enthusiasts, the private dock provides river access. An on-site Level 2 EV Charger (NACS) is also available. Freighters typically run from the beginning of April until mid-January. Guest access You will have private access to the entire home and its amenities, including the hot tub, private dock, patios, and all entertainment areas. A few clearly marked cupboards and a storage closet in the basement are locked and reserved for owner use, but the rest of the space is exclusively yours to enjoy during your stay. Other things to note Family-Friendly: For our younger guests, the home is equipped with a playpen, a high chair, and safety gates. Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of essentials to get you settled in, including coffee, tea, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, and laundry detergent. Freighter Season: Please note that the majestic freighters typically run on the river from the beginning of April until mid-January. The river may be quieter with less traffic outside of these months.
