The space Rental includes the upper two floors of the house and garage. You will have exclusive use of the garage, backyard, hot tub, and front deck. Ski/Snowboard storage racks are mounted in the garage. The garage is a deep one car garage and has room for bikes, kayaks, and most other "toys" you bring. No access to the lower level (except the garage). Guest access Smart lock access to the front door on the upper level is available 24/7. You will receive a code for the garage keypad and a remote is also included. Rental includes the upper two floors of the house and the garage. No access to the lower level (except the garage).
