The space The house is located in an excellent spot in a residential neighborhood, with all amenities at your fingertips. Free parking for small cars in front of the house and inside the perimeter fence. A very bright background is available. The house has large windows, all with bars and shutters. The bed bases are equipped with new mattresses, high density foam and 25 cm high which will allow you to rest properly on your vacation. Both bedrooms have Smart TV. Check-in time to the house will be free (after 3 pm), as it has locks with access codes. Guest access The ground floor is exclusively for guests, who will have access to all its facilities. Corresponding room, kitchen, bathroom, dining room and backyard. If you have a small car, you can use the parking inside the perimeter fence for free. Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the ground floor. COVID-19: Request a house without guests the day before your arrival. No additional fees from March to December. Other things to note The block is very bright at night. If the car does not fit in my parking lot, you can park all day at no cost on the street.
