Ideally located halfway between Mont Saint-Michel and the D-Day beaches, and between Caen and Rennes, it offers quick access to the A84, making it a convenient place for both travelers and business travelers. The space Located on the 2nd floor of a city building (without exterior), the apartment consists of: Fully equipped kitchen with dining area A comfortable room A living room with a sofa bed for up to 4 people Washing machine available in the room on the ground floor ⚠️ Important information about your stay In order to maintain an affordable rate, we do not include the cleaning fee in the booking price. In return, bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests must therefore plan for: - their sheets (size of the bed and the sofa bed: 140) - their towels The property must be returned clean and in the condition found on arrival. Guest access Access to the accommodation is autonomous with a key box.
