Outside, a terrace is organized around a heated swimming pool of 10m X 5 m, a barbecue and plenty of sunbathing. A private basketball court and a ping pong table. Nearby and on foot, many shops such as pharmacy, caterer, bakery, greengrocer and ice cream shop. The ocean is 1.5km away and the Bay of Arcachon is 300m away on foot! For children, a playground in a green area is only 100M walk away, accessible by the gate of the house.
