Domaine de Brignon

The Domaine de Brignon is a family vacation rental for 12 people located in an old wine farm typical of Anjou. Behind a secluded gate, you will enter a square courtyard bordered by different buildings: a 40 m² barn that will be your summer living room, a heated pool, a wine cellar and its vaulted cellar (booking with surcharge), and the main house dating from 1840 in tuffeau and completely renovated in 2024. The space Ideal for gathering a group of 12 people with 6 bedrooms and 4 shower rooms, our site is perfect for your wine tour! In this 2300m² set, you will quickly feel immersed in the Saumurois vineyard... Large tufa stone building, falun courtyard, vines as far as the eye can see and even our nearby wine estate for a visit or tasting of our wines. The cottage is located in a very quiet hamlet, surrounded by vines. The whole place is fully enclosed, so safe for your children. Outside, summer kitchen with gas plancha under the old barn, ping pong table, relaxation lounge, heated and secure pool surrounded by a beautiful travertine terrace, sunbathing, wooden terrace at the exit of the southwest facing cottage, with garden furniture and umbrellas. There is also a lawn area in the center of the property and a garden for recreation, not to mention the pétanque court! Inside, a large 32 sqm fully equipped kitchen/dining room for groups: solid wood table, American fridge, induction cooktop, 12-cup filter coffee machine and espresso machine that accepts ground coffee or ESE paper pods, among other things... A cozy 19 sqm living room with sofas and a TV. On the night side: a suitable PMR suite with 14.5m² bedroom, 2 beds of 80x200cm and accessible sanitary facilities (walk-in shower, vanity and wc), a bedroom with a bed of 160x200cm, an en-suite bathroom and independent toilet. Upstairs, a suite with a bed of 160x200cm and its shower room, 2 bedrooms with a bed of 160x200cm, and a bedroom with 2 beds of 80x200cm. A bathroom with 2 sinks, shower and toilet is shared between these 3 bedrooms. Another independent toilet in the hallway. Other things to note Our cottage is classified Meublé de tourisme 4**** since 2025 We will be delighted to welcome pets.
