The Blue Fence Inn - Dog Friendly & Hot Tub Spa!

Welcome to our Blue Fence Inn! Specious 2 bed 2 bath private home with everything you need; plenty of parking, fully fenced back yard and front yard! Enjoy grilling and hanging out on our newly constructed covered deck in the back yard and unwind in our delightful hot tub spa. We love dogs so we fenced in our large front yard for pups to enjoy, so we invite you to bring your pooch along on your getaway! (only dogs allowed, no other pets) Great location, easy access anywhere! The space This home has been very well loved by my husband and I, up until recently, this was our first home and we have put our heart and soul into what it has become today. We want to open our home for others to enjoy as much as we have. We both have love for the ocean so we brough a bit of the oceanside to our home by decorating with some of the things we have collected along the way. We have created a large master bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed, that comes with some cool features; a drop-down TV from the ceiling, with 2 separate closets, sitting space, bathroom w/ hot water bidet hose, and sliding doors that take you right out to the back deck to enjoy the outdoors, or to soak in the hot tub spa year-round. The 2nd bedroom is smaller, but still very comfortable with a full-sized bed, closet and a smart TV! The 2nd bathroom has a newly installed corner shower with a rain shower - it may be small, but it is functional. You will also find the washer and dryer here. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Besides the basics, we also have a slow cooker, waffle maker, food processor, blender, rice cooker, hand mixer, and more... missing anything? Just let us know! Our dining table (crafted by us) seats 8 very comfortably, we have held many family gatherings and shared wonderful meals with our family, we hope you get to make lifelong memories around this table too. Within our open concept living/dining/kitchen space, you will also get to enjoy lounging on the couch and watching your favorite shows on the smart TV. Want to snooze on the couch or just lounge? Simply pull out the bottom roll out portion of the couch and you will have a full-size sofa bed. The front yard is fully fenced, we have 3 dogs that absolutely loved this yard, so we built it with them in mind. Now we want to share this yard with your dogs. (Due to recent guest's dogs causing damages, we no longer allow 5 dogs, we are focused to now limit to only 3 dogs, they must be on your reservation and follow all rules, and only dogs no other pets allowed ). This home is on a corner lot, we have plenty of street parking around the fence, we also have dedicated parking on the driveway that fits 2 cars, and another car can park in front of the garage (garage is not available for use at this time). Guest access The entire house is private for guests only, along with the front yard, backyard deck & hot tub spa use, and driveway for parking. Not included: the garage & attached shop, shed in backyard, gravel lot in back yard can not be used to park a car, and our old chicken coop area are not accessible by guests, please respect these spaces. Other things to note We welcome dogs of all ages, breeds, and sizes as long as they are potty trained - we ask that you are a responsible dog owner and follow our strict dog rules while you stay with us: -No dogs on furniture, I know this may be difficult but if your pooch is used to jumping on the bed or couch, we require you to use a pet blanket (provided) - dog hair is the hardest thing to get off the couch and bedsheets, and far too many dogs have accidents in new places, so please do your best to prevent these things from happening and to clean up if an accident does happen. -No dogs in the back yard, we only allow dogs in the front yard - the front yard is larger and more secure for the dogs, so please only let them out here. Please pick-up all dog waste (we supple waste pick-up rake and poo-genie, super easy!), we also ask you to do your best to keep your dogs out of the flower beds. Visitors: We do not allow any daytime or overnight visitors, only the people on the reservation are allowed on the property. You must notify us and request approval for any visitors. We do not allow any visiting pets, only pets on the reservation may be on property. If approved to allow daytime visitors, your guests must follow all house rules and may not utilize the hot tub. For any additional guests staying overnight there is an added fee. We are very strict with our house rules due to so many prior violations, we track the number of guests and pets that enter the property by monitoring the exterior cameras. Any violation will lead to immediate termination of your reservation and you will be asked to leave the property. For stays over 14 days we require a background/credit check prior to booking, as well as a lease agreement to be signed. You may also be subject to a refundable security deposit to be paid prior to move-in via Airbnb, failure to do so will result in a canceled reservation.
