The indoor wood-burning fireplace, comfortable seating areas, and dining space are all available for guest use, providing a cozy place to relax and connect. The carriage house is also fully available for guests and offers its own private sleeping area, full bathroom with rain shower, and a kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. It’s perfect for in-laws, couples, or guests who want a bit more space and privacy while still being part of the main property. Outside, you’ll have full use of the private dock on Lake Wedowee — ideal for boating, fishing, swimming, or simply relaxing by the water. Bring your boat or jet skis and enjoy easy access to the lake. The outdoor fireplace, Blackstone grill, and Big Green Egg (charcoal not provided) are all yours to enjoy during your stay, as well as multiple seating and dining areas overlooking the water. The private hot tub is available seasonally from October 15th through April 15th, weather permitting. Guests are welcome to use it freely during that period, and detailed operation instructions are provided on-site. Parking is available in the paved driveway and can accommodate multiple vehicles. Guests will have complete access to all areas shown in the listing photos — no shared spaces or off-limit zones.
