The space Experience the charm of a cozy cottage without giving up modern comforts. Start your day curled up by the gas fireplace with a fresh cup of coffee, and end your evening on the deck with a glass of wine under the stars or soaking in the outdoor hot tub. Nestled on Goodyear Lake’s waterfront, the property features a stunning three-tiered deck perfect for soaking in lake views and outdoor living. Private floating docks make fishing, kayaking, canoeing, and swimming easily accessible. Inside, you’ll find two welcoming bedrooms: a spacious open family bedroom with a king bed and twin over twin bunk bed, perfect for gatherings and downtime. The master bedroom, with its queen bed and picture window overlooking the lake, is accessed through the family bedroom, making the whole space feel cozy and connected. Our cottage is a charming three-season retreat—kept cool and comfortable in the summer with window A/Cs and fans, and warm and cozy in the fall with the glow of the gas fireplace and an electric heater. It’s the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beauty of the seasons. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including all indoor and outdoor living spaces, for the duration of their stay. Please note that the garage is not accessible to guests. The owners do have a boat docked on the property and may occasionally use the deck for brief access to the boat. This will be done respectfully and with minimal disruption to your stay. The boat is privately owned and not available for guest use. Guests are welcome to enjoy the kayaks, canoe, and life vests provided for your use during your stay—perfect for exploring the water and making the most of your time on the property. Other things to note Please note there is a maximum of 2 vehicles permitted due to parking limitations (no parking on the road allowed) 🛟 Safety Considerations Waterfront: No lifeguard on duty. Swim and use the dock at your own risk. Supervise children at all times. Deck & Stairs: Surfaces may be slippery when wet. Use railings and watch your step. Fire Pit: Never leave a fire unattended. Fully extinguish fires before leaving. General: No fireworks Keep noise low, especially after 10 PM Respect neighbors No Team Parties
