This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom corner unit is light-filled and bright with windows and skylights throughout. It is a short walk to the beach! For golf enthusiasts, the world-renowned TPC Sawgrass is across the A1A about an 8-min drive. Starbucks, Publix, Walgreens, ABC wine and spirits as well as other shops can be found at Sawgrass Village. The space The light filled stylish space is well stocked with Keurig coffee maker, a washer and dryer, pots & pans, 2-beach chairs, a Graco Pak-n-Play, an AERO bed, as well as beach towels. The upstairs main bedroom is located on the 2nd floor up a small set of stairs. It is equipped with a KING bed, plenty of closet space, a flat screen tv, and a lofted office nook. There is also an en suite bathroom on this floor for added privacy. The first floor has a 2nd bedroom with 2-TWIN beds perfect for kids or guests, ample closet space and a dresser. There is a 2nd bathroom on this floor as well. In the den/tv room, there is a large flat screen tv, and a fold out QUEEN-size bed that offers another option for guests to sleep. Note: Sawgrass Country Club membership does NOT come with this rental. However, there is access to a private Sawgrass community pool (pictured) which is located at 17 South Nine Drive. This is not the main pool (oceanside) but a smaller private community pool inside the neighborhood.
