The space The elegant and welcoming entrance leads to the three main areas: – a windowed bathroom with a large shower, sink, toilet bidet, washing machine and hairdryer. – a bright open space with a super-equipped open kitchen with large and small appliances (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, kettle, electric juicer, toaster and coffee machine), sofa bed and direct access to the terrace. – a double bedroom with double exposure, a large wardrobe and a comfortable armchair for moments of reading and relaxation. Outside, the perimeter terrace embraces the house and is divided into distinct and evocative corners: – an area covered by a pergola decorated with romantic lights, furnished with a coffee table, sofa and two armchairs; – a solarium area with three deckchairs and a parasol, ideal for sunbathing lulled by the sea breeze; – a ping pong table to challenge each other under the sun; – right in front of the kitchen entrance, an elegant marble table overlooking the sea with three seats, perfect for outdoor breakfasts or lunches. - a small garden surrounded by greenery and shaded by thick trees overlooking the sea with a wooden bench to relax refreshed by the sea breeze. The main villa, located on the lower level, has a separate and unshared driveway access. The two units are connected by a private external staircase, reserved exclusively for staff. To ensure privacy and security, access to this staircase is clearly marked and delimited by a chain and a prohibition sign. Other things to note LOCATION AND TRANSPORTATION The guest house enjoys a quiet and panoramic position in a hilly area surrounded by greenery and overlooking the sea. A private and quiet setting, ideal for those who want peace, nature and beauty just a few minutes from the center of the village and the beaches and the train station, which are about 5 minutes away by car. You can also reach them by public transport: a few steps from the house there is a bus stop that connects comfortably with the center and the station. For greater freedom of movement, however, the use of a car is recommended. AREAS OF INTEREST In less than 10 minutes by car you can reach practically everything: 1. Waterfront and beaches - The nearest equipped beach is Bagni Pria Pulla, located about 2 km from the villa. This means that you can reach the beach in exactly 4 minutes by car or with a 30-minute scenic walk. - Fabrizio De Andrè Waterfront Walk: Long and panoramic, it connects Arenzano to Cogoleto. Ideal for walking or cycling. - Bathing establishments and stretches of free beach, clear sea and well-equipped for families. 2. Villa Negrotto Cambiaso Municipal Park Beautiful park with centuries-old trees, exotic plants, free peacocks and large green spaces. Inside is Villa Negrotto Cambiaso, home to the Municipality and often a location for cultural events. 3. Shrine of the Infant Jesus of Prague Famous neo-Gothic-style sanctuary located on the hill, run by the Carmelites. It offers a panoramic view of Arenzano and is a pilgrimage destination. 4. Arenzano Pine Forest Large residential area surrounded by greenery, with pedestrian paths, sea views, and access to hiking trails. It houses the Poggio Marino complex and various sports facilities such as the Arenzano Golf Club. 5. Trails and nature - Access to the Beigua Park, a UNESCO heritage site, with numerous hiking and mountain biking trails. - Trail to the Madonnina del Mare: short panoramic excursion above the port. 6. Arenzano Marina Small but well-kept port, ideal for walks, boat rentals and dinners by the sea. 7. The apartment is cleaned by a company specializing in sanitizing environments that follows the protocols dictated by experts from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and health and government organizations. PARKING Via Terrarossa is a quiet residential street, where there are some private parking spaces; for visitors, it is customary to park along the street, compatibly with the available spaces. During peak periods, you may need to find a place a few minutes away by foot. We will be happy to offer you useful tips to facilitate parking upon your arrival. TOURIST TAX In Arenzano, there is an accommodation tax of €1.00 per person per night for the first 5 nights, children under 12 years of age are exempt. HOUSE RULES The house rules are few and very basic and will always be available inside the apartment. >> This is a non-smoking apartment.
