Each apartment features three en suite bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. A caretaker is available from 9 AM – 6 PM to ensure a comfortable and hassle-free stay. One living room opens onto a private balcony, while the other offers a comfortable space to unwind with family and friends. 🎶 Entertainment Enjoy your leisure time with flat-screen TVs in both living rooms and all six bedrooms, making it easy for everyone to relax with their favorite shows. 🍳Meals & Kitchen The apartment includes two fully equipped kitchens with a microwave, refrigerator, gas stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, cookware, and cutlery. Food delivery is available via Swiggy, Zomato, and Blinkit for added convenience. 🍽️ Dining Area Two open-plan dining areas, each seating up to 4 guests (total seating capacity of 8 guests), provide a comfortable setting for shared meals and connect seamlessly with the living spaces. 🧹 Housekeeping & Services Daily housekeeping is available from 10 AM to 5 PM. One apartment is on the 2nd and one apartment is on the 3rd floor. There is lift available in this building. Other things to note 🛒 Groceries If you’d like groceries ready before arrival, simply share your list in advance, and we’ll take care of it. During your stay, local delivery contact details can also be provided for convenience. ⏰ Early Check-in / Late Check-out Available upon request at an additional charge, subject to availability. Please inform us at least 2 days in advance to confirm. Monthly stays We offer generous monthly discounts for long stays(Greater than 27 days). For monthly bookings, utilities have to be borne by the guest (electricity, WIFI, tata sky, laundry of linen & towels). We collect a Rs. 30,000 security deposit at the time of check-in against these.
